Dr. Gadgil has over 3 decades of experience in the areas of Process Plant Design, Heat transfer, Unit Operations, Process Optimizations and Trouble-shooting for several chemical and petrochemical industries, leading multinationals, academics, as well as training and consultancy organizations.

Presently he works as an independent consultant in areas of Process Engineering, with a special interest in Training and Technology Transfer for clients like:
